During the one hour session at the YMCA a great deal will go on. We have planned group get togethers, guest speakers, sessions where art/movement/gardening will take place, ect. Really, we want to create a space where people can come together to feel safe and begin to redevelop the parts of them they may have lost with those who have suffered similar pains.
